Meadow Partners Acquires Portfolio of Ten U.K. Energy Ground Lease Assets
Meadow Partners ("Meadow"), an institutional middle-market real estate investment manager, today announced the acquisition of ten ground leases for energy assets across the U.K. (the "Portfolio"). The portfolio is comprised of eight gas peaker sites – combustion engines powered by natural gas that produce electricity on demand – and two battery energy storage system ("BESS") sites with a combined total capacity of 243.5 MW and 12.7 acres of land.

The new capital was committed by a diverse base of new investors and longtime partners, including public pension plans and university endowments.
Meadow Partners Acquires East Village Multifamily Property for $58 Million
Meadow Partners (“Meadow”), an institutional middle-market real estate investor, today announced that it has acquired 305 East 11th Street and 310 East 12th Street, adjacent multifamily residential buildings in the East Village for approximately $58 million. 60 Guilders, LLC, a New York City real estate management and investment firm, is Meadow’s operating partner for the property.
